Shipping policy

Please allow up to 1-3 business days for custom orders. If order is placed between October-December please allow a possible 1-3 extra days, as holiday time is especially busy. If you order an already made item, please allow up to 2 business days for shipping. All shipped items will come with tracking and insurance.

All custom items will not be able to be returned. We are not responsible or reliable for postal service damaging or losing packages. 

Local Pick up is always free. Shipping is based on item weight and size. With postal service raising rates we will try our best to keep shipping to a minimum. Shipping rates will be added with invoice pricing. If you choose Local Pick up, I will email you a list of dates and times that will be available for local pickup. Please note if you pick local pickup and need to change item to be shipped, please let me know as soon as possible. Items will not be shipped until shipping payment has been made.
